Clients reviews about Signature Stone Innovations

Signature Stone Innovations provided absolutely stellar service. From the moment I first contacted them, I knew I had made the right choice; their team was polite and incredibly communicative. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He genuinely understood my vision and was considerate of my time, budget, and design preferences. He arrived when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do—exactly the kind of professionalism and reliability you want from a service provider. On the day of the installation, a small hiccup was encountered, but the way Ryan handled it was a true testament to their integrity. His focus was clearly on making the customer happy, and he made sure everything was perfect. It can be hard to find good tradesmen, and I am so glad they came highly recommended. I will definitely call them again for my next counter top project! ~ Jermaine G

After meeting with three fabricators to do our kitchen counter top we are so so happy we selected Ryan of Signature Stone Innovation. We are pleased with his work. He was very professional and talk about on time. He listened to us made suggestions based on our space and delivered EXACTLY what we wanted. The edges and corners of the top are well done. Oh! The veins in the Quartz are well aligned. They were on time, communicated and explained the process to us. We founs them on social media. The pictures are as their product. Yes! We are happy. Pleasure working with Ryan. Very professional, competent, great communication flow, laser focused, personable & accommodating. Process from start to finish was super smooth, reasonable rate with a great, vibrant end result! Replaced 50 year old quite rough/flimsy Formica countertops & original kitchen sink. The new quartz countertops & stainless steel sink completely revitalized my kitchen! Was pretty tedious finding other contractors who didn't exhibit some red flags in whatever way in this market. This company was def. a pleasant exception. Highly recommend!! ~ Jason K

Had my quartz countertops done by this company. Ryan and his staff were very professional throughout the entire process and offered excellent advice and a large selection to choose from. The work was completed in the time estimated and it transformed our kitchen. Additional touches like providing a free replacement sink and advice with the plumbing modifications needed to re-install the faucet and garburetor (at no cost) were very much appreciated. Pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend Signature Stone Innovations to anyone seeking to update their kitchens. ~ Stephen R
